Warranty & Return Policies

All merchandise will went through a strict quality control procedure by our in-house QC team after we receive it from the manufacturers.

After you have placed your order. Our packing staff check again to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the electrical / socket adapters are correct for your country. (Please note in the case of region-specific items such as PAL / NTSC TV/Video Color Regions, digital TV, GSM mobile phones etc you are responsible for ordering the correct units and we will send you exactly what you order.)

You will have 7 days satisfaction guaranteed for all your purchases from Shenit.com. This means that for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the item you purchase from us, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item. You may return the item to us and we will issue you a full refund of purchase price as credit slip so that you may choose another desirable product to you! No question asked!

30 Days Money Back Guaranteed

You may enjoy a 30 days money back warranty with all our products with quality issue. If any product you bought with us experienced a faulty within 30 days period from the date of receipt of the merchandise, you must filed an RMA with us within the 30 days period and you may return the item to us. We will issue you a full refund of purchase price as credit slip if you do not want us to repair the items for you. Please be inform that we will charge a 15% restocking fees for all non-faulty products that are returned to us. Any lack of knowledge of the products, lack of features that are not mentioned on our product descriptions, are not consider as faulty of the product.

365 days warranty

Majority of our products are covered with a 365 days warranty. In general, if a product develops a fault during the 365 days since you received it, and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return. When we receive your authorized return we will repair the product for free and send it back to. Repairing may involve changing parts, for example a faulty screen. We will not be liable to all the replacement parts fees and the reship fees back to you, and you will be charge accordingly.   In general you will receive back, fixed, the same product you returned to us. If a repair is impossible we will credit you what you originally paid so you can choose to buy a new one or change to a different item.

Exceptions to Warranty

We do not offer warranty or support for products not bought from Shenit.com.


Non-electronics product will not apply to any warranties.


The user voids the warranty if s/he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.


The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear.


Batteries have a special condition applied to them due to impracticability of applying a 12 month rule.


Projector Lamps have a special condition applied due to the fact that lifetime depends on hours of use.


RC Toys are not covered for your breakage and internal rechargeable batteries are covered by the general battery warranty limitation.


All accessories compliment with the main product are not warrantied.

 

Return Shipment

You will need to pay for the cost of returning products back to our return address in either Hong Kong or China as instructed by our Customer Support. Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
